FinTech Scholars is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of high school freshmen and sophomores. Our mission is to combat pay-to-win summer opportunities and expensive programs by providing accessible, high-quality education at no cost. Our programs are free and can lead to the Advanced Equities Internship. We serve as a direct pipeline to Advanced Equities.

As Chief Executive Officer, Nick drives the mission and direction of Fintech Scholars from the ground up. He is responsible for organizational strategy and building the partnerships that make free, high-quality financial education possible for students everywhere.

Sricharan oversees the design and delivery of Fintech Scholars' core curriculum, ensuring every course module meets rigorous financial education standards. He coordinates learning frameworks across technology, healthcare, and energy finance topics, translating complex concepts into accessible, real-world lessons for every cohort participant.
